It’s time for a 20-Day Running Challenge update to see how everyone’s doing. So far, I’ve been surprised and impressed with the number of people who’ve joined in on this running challenge. Thank you to everyone who’s been participating, and a huge thank you for working so hard to spread the word. I’m amazed at just how many of you have been able to get your friends and family involved.
From my side of the challenge, I took a few days off, but I’m back at it and running daily. Needless to say, it is challenging, but the great thing about this whole 20-Day Running Challenge is that you can take it at your own pace. What I laid out in the original post is just a guideline, so you can alter that as needed to suit your own current fitness level or goals. The most important thing is that you complete the challenge. I will, and I want you to finish, too.
