One of the things I love most is talking about health and fitness with people from all over the world during expo season. I just got back from Columbia representing SAN Nutrition at the Olympia Amateur South America in Medellin, Colombia, which was a great event with an incredible turnout. I got to speak with a lot of fitness fanatics, and everyone there had an enthusiasm for health and fitness that was second to none.
Right now, I’m preparing to go to Cologne, Germany with SAN to attend one of the world’s largest supplement trade shows – FIBO. I’ll be there at the SAN booth, so come by and visit if you’ll be there. I’ll also be training at local gyms, doing appearances at local supplement stores, and I’ll be in Amsterdam shooting at some local gyms, so it’s going to be a great but busy trip as part of this expo season.
With all this traveling, it takes a lot of extra effort to stay on track with my fitness. Everything has to be thought out and planned ahead of time, and being able to pack up my supplements is a great convenience when healthy food isn’t always an option.
