As with everything in life, you get out what you put in, and that’s definitely true when it comes to striving for your body goals. They say there are no magic pills. Well, when it comes to my favorite fat burners, I have to disagree with that old saying, and here’s why…
No, you can’t just pop any old fat burner by itself and expect to reach your body goals, especially if you have poor nutrition and barely train. Fat burners and supplements are magical in a lot of ways, but they still require work. For example, I have days when I need an extra push to take my workouts from 0-100 in a hurry, and pre-workouts do that for me. The same is true for early-morning cardio when I have to do it for 45 minutes. I wouldn’t want to do all that cardio early in the morning without my favorite fat burners helping to make the journey a little easier. Plus, some fat burners are also designed to curb your appetite and boost your energy. That sounds like magic to me.
What are my favorite fat burners?
I got a question on Instagram recently that sparked this blog post. I was asked what fat burner I would recommend, knowing SAN Nutrition has a variety of weight-loss and energy products. The ultimate fat burner! This is best taken just before exercise or morning cardio. Tight Xtreme Reloaded is my favorite fat burner when I start contest prep because it helps reduce the feelings of hunger, and I like it when on vacation and the only thing I want to do is eat and relax.
