I’ve been working a lot with everyone from athletes to trainees who have ordinary gym goals, and I’m so happy I’m able to help them all. Regardless of your goals, I want you to focus on your vision; if you see it and feel it in your body, your job is to chase after it.
When you have a vision, other people can’t see that and sometimes don’t have a vision of their own, so they might step on yours and try to convince you that you’re crazy for having such big goals. Don’t let them deter you—they don’t know about your dedication and probably don’t understand anything about your vision. Always focus on your vision, because only you can truly feel the passion. Stay connected to your goals, and always be true to yourself.
Many people I speak with make the mistake of creating their vision but then look at their current circumstances and begin to doubt themselves because the world won’t accept their vision. That’s backward thinking. I’ve gone through similar situations throughout my life, so I’ve learned to stay connected to my vision and remain true to myself. And now I’m so happy to help others do the same.
Before any of the great accomplishments I’ve achieved in life, people would tell me I was crazy. In fact, despite my success, it still happens to this day, including my OG Pole Fitness event at the Olympia. Many people tried to tell me I was crazy, but I never gave up. I stay focused and things are going extremely well, so I’m happy and proud of myself because it again proved that if you focus on your vision, you can accomplish anything.
The same is true of my sports career. So many people told me it was crazy to retire from competition while I was at the top of the game, but that was my vision and how I felt. It was the right decision for me, and it’s opened the doors to some great new opportunities.
New Project is Complete
Speaking of focusing on new opportunities, we’ve been working on a very special project that’s finally done, and we’ve been getting some great feedback already. I truly appreciate all the support, and I’m happy to finally be able to share it with you all: Oksana Grishina “One Man’s Dream” by Boris Ivanov, Konstantin Frolov
There is No Magic Pill
When people see me opening my packages from SAN at my office, they often ask “How come you use all this?” I always explain how much I work out and how people who work as hard as I do need the extra help to keep our stamina, energy, and recovery abilities high. Of course, then they ask me if they can just take the same supplements I do to get the body they want without working out. LOL! No, there is no magic pill, so you have to do the work if you want to look and be fit.
As always, I’m so thankful for all the people who believe in me and continue to help me.
Focus on your vision and stay true to yourself,
