Warranty

Our 30 Day Guarantee of Satisfaction is unconditional; we want you to be 100% satisfied. If you find a SAN product purchased from www.sann.net does not perform to your expectations, you can return your order for a refund.

If you received a damaged or defective product, please call SAN Customer Service at 1-888-519-9300.

Consumers should be aware that any purchases from unauthorized sellers or dealers–even of products that appear to be unopened “new” SAN products–do not come with warranty protection or any other post-purchase services from SAN. Unfortunately, SAN products are sometimes sold by re-sellers that are not authorized to do so. SAN products sold by these unauthorized re-sellers are not purchased from SAN; instead they are acquired from other sources. Due to the unknown nature of the goods sold by unauthorized dealers and their business practices, products sold by unauthorized dealers are not entitled to SAN warranty coverage. We are using our best efforts (including this warning) to prohibit these companies from taking advantage of consumers, but these practices still exist. We urge you to use diligence when selecting a dealer to make your purchase. Particularly, many re-sellers who sell through Amazon.com and other online marketplaces are not authorized dealers of SAN products. When purchasing SAN products on Amazon.com, it is important to note where the product is being “shipped from and sold by,” which is stated clearly in the header for each product. If the seller is any party other than SAN, you should contact SAN directly to determine whether the seller is authorized before you purchase.

Shipping Policy

  • Domestic orders are shipped by FEDEX Ground in most cases. For destinations within the 48 contiguous United States which can be sent by FEDEX Ground service, there is a $6.99 shipping charge for the entire order. If your order is $75 or over your shipping is Free.
  • FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
  • Orders placed on weekdays prior to 12:00 noon EST (9:00 AM PST) will usually go out the same day provided there are no issues processing your payment.
  • FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes so you must either list a valid street address with your order OR choose USPS Priority Mail for P.O. Box delivery.
  • We do NOT request or require a signature for any deliveries; however, it is solely up to your delivery person’s discretion whether or not to leave the package without a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include with your package.
  • For destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO locations, you pay shipping charges based on the weight of the package (minimum of $6.99).
  • For military locations (APO/FPO), in addition to the delivery time that it takes us to get it to your military post office (2-3 days), you will then have to wait for the military to deliver the package to your location. This could be days or weeks. We cannot help speed up this process. When indicating your shipping address, “APO” or “FPO” will be your “City”; “AA”, “AE” or “AP” will be your “State” and your ZIP Code will begin with either 09, 34 or 96. Leave the “Country” as United States.

Return Policy

  • You must contact us for a return material authorization number (RMA) prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in order to receive credit. A valid RMA number must be on the shipping label or we will refuse the package. Full credit will be issued for merchandise returned within 30 days of your receipt of shipment. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days.
  • All sales are final on clearance and short-dated items. Clearance and short-dated items are not returnable or refundable for any reason. Short-dated items have a “best by” date displayed after the product name and are sold for a reduced price.
  • On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to return it. Please contact us so we can exchange it for the correct item.
  • These policies are subject to change at any time without notice.

New Policy:

For any returns of previously sold product that are not the result of damage in shipping; a different product than that which was ordered; an end use Customer return or a defective product will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. The 15% charge will be applied to any returns at the original sale value. The returns will be accepted only after SAN written approval for the return. In addition, the SAN authorized returns will be examined when received and if found to be in resalable condition. For all products found to be in resalable condition as determined by SAN, an appropriate credit memo will be issued.
