Not only does this satisfy my cravings for sweets, it also doubles as a high-protein meal replacement. Give this sweet treat a try the next time you’ve got the urge for something sugary or just need a healthy snack.
|1 Scoop Banana Coconut or any flavor Pure Titanium Whey protein powder|
|2 Tbsp powdered peanut butter|
|4-5 Tbsp water|
|4 Whole grain thin rice cakes|
|Medium mixing bowl|
Mix the first 3 ingredients in the mixing bowl until smooth, then spread over the rice cakes and enjoy. It’s that simple!
