I had a great time at the Superstar Seminar at the FitExpo in Anaheim promoting our sport along with other legendary champions of bodybuilding and fitness. It was so great to meet new people in the fitness world and thank you to everyone who stopped by—I love you all.
It was an honor to be awarded the Golden Dumbbells award at the Dumbbell Club Hall of Fame ceremonies that took place during the FitExpo weekend. The ceremony also honored other legends, including Samir Bannout, Flex Wheeler, and Jay Cutler. I have no words to express how grateful I am for this honor. It was a truly memorable experience I’ll never forget.
I’m working hard physically and mentally to prepare for my performance at this year’s Olympia competition in Las Vegas followed by my upcoming guest performance at the NPC North Star in Minnesota on October 6.
