That’s right, Treadmill Dance Cardio has been a YouTube phenomenon over the past few years. I recall myself watching countless YouTube videos being amazed and very intrigued that cardio seemed like a blast for once. For the past few weeks, I have been learning a few dance cardio technique of my own.
Don’t worry if you’re like me and have no dance coordination this is something you can do because there isn’t a wrong way to move. Below are three basic steps to get you started.
Start with a slow speed that you are comfortable with and as you get more advanced feel free to up the speed and/or incline. Don’t forget to dance to your beat:
- Beginner Skip (Advance: double skip).
- Sachet Beginner-holding on (Advance: No hands Sachet).
- Running Split Jumps using your arms as a push-up.
While the rest of the world is jogging miles on the treadmill or running intervals, you’ll be cardio dancing your way to your fitness goals. Don’t forget to use BCAA Boosted to help get that needed energy boost!
