I’ve spent most of this week wrapping things up from my debut Olympia weekend. It was a great experience. Many women make it through their entire training career without being able to say they’ve competed in the Olympia, so gracing that stage was a true honor. I didn’t place as well as I wanted to; however, I believe my results will help me prepare for what’s next.
I am my own worst critic, so I always do homework after every show to see what I can do to improve next time. I also like to get feedback from the judges to see what they think I was missing in my overall package.
For this off-season, I’m going to put on more muscle size in my back and delts to match my lower body. I also plan to add more detail to every single body part if possible. I could easily compare myself to other competitors, but I’ll continue to do what looks best for my body and works with my training style as I work toward what’s next for me.
Off-season still consists of 5-6 meals each day with a Titanium Isolate Supreme or RawFusion protein shake. I continue to take all my other SAN vitamins to keep my body in the best condition for training.
What’s my next show? That’s TBD, but stay tuned to find out…
